Monday night and I wanted to try a Méthode Traditionnelle Vouvray Brut. At 12% Alc. by Vol. I have opened the Domaine Vigneau-Chevreau Vouvray Brut 100% Chenin Blanc.
The nose reveals good perfumed fruit of yellow apple, peach, pear, honeydew melon and honey.
On the palate is loads of citrus, lime, yellow apple, pear, peach, herbal honey, ginger and wet river rocks.
This wine is light to medium body with high acidity that leads to a fresh clean long crisp finish. The week starts right with a Loire Sparkler. Be safe and have a great week. Nostrovia! 🍾🍾🍾🍾 — 7 years ago

Vintage 2023 | very good example of Loire Chenin Blanc, beautiful broad smell with melon and minerals, very ripe, and difficult to express a kind of sugared taste. Although the wine is completely dry. Very good effort. — 3 days ago
