The big one! Vielles Vignes. Deep, powerful, seductive. Need time in the glass. We couldn't taste the "Ubac" (rare and more limited). — 12 years ago

As it warms up, it feels like a white Burgundy. So interesting.
This Single Vineyard is drinking beautifully now, and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 20 minutes of airtime.
A great sipping wine that paired nicely with food too.
