The aromatics lends itself to dark fruit with a bit of mushroom and funk. The palate more red fruit like cranberries, strawberries and candied raspberry. Acid is perfect to balance the fruit. Not real complex or has a long finish. Can’t complain given it was a gift. I’ll have more please. — 6 years ago
Från 3-åriga stockar! Fyllig med mogen fruktighet. Kanderade äpplen, filodeg, mogen citron, lite exotisk med mogen mango och söta toner av saffran. — 6 years ago
Super well balanced burgundy Chardonnay where oak meets acidity at exactly the right spot. Citrus, white peach, hint of butter on the nose. Long finish. Good stuff — 7 years ago

Quite intense garnet , deep with relatively narrow rim . Slightly smoky , dried rose note , undergrowth , dried meat , quite deep . On the palate still quite nice deep fruit , with nice definition menthol touches . Nice acidity , slightly dry tannin but pretty good length and nicely balanced . Drink now , a nice surprise ! — 2 years ago
Open in bottle for 10 hours. Rustic tobacco and leather over dried cranberry and cherry. 75% whole cluster shows. Vanilla and clove from 50% new French. Palate is balanced and deep rounding into this sweet midpalate cherry fruit. Tremendous length. Minerality lingers and is accented by elevated black pepper aromas. Still primary with pretty red transitioning to dark fruit. Lots of life in here and plenty of opportunity to evolve. — 6 years ago
A serious wine that shows why Burgundians are still light years ahead of everyone else. — 7 years ago
2009年。豊かな果実味がニュイサンの土臭さをうまく覆い隠せているが、肯定的に捉えられるかは好みによると思う。自分は肯定的。

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2013 pours a deep, slightly hazy ruby color with a translucent core; medium viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with beautiful notes of strawberry, raspberry, dried roses, sous bois, licorice, dried green herbs, gentle warm spices and limestone minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ and full of rustic character. In general, the 2013 vintage in Burgundy is on fire right now. And as far as Domaine de l’Arlot is concerned, I adore these wines and wish I could drink them more often. Drink now through 2038. — 2 months ago
