Remarkably fruity for its age. It’s not the Nebbiolo of my dreams, but it was a very drinkable wine nonetheless. — 4 years ago
Pushing the rich end of the Chenin spectrum with aromas of peaches, apricots, vanilla and coconut custard. The palate is mildly oaky with some sweetness. Chewy. Opulent.
But this also has the quality of hot stones and bitter almond on the finish. Promising but needs more time to develop and settle into its richness. Not a lot of freshness to carry it now. These bottlings seem to hit their stride after 3-4 years. — 6 years ago

Good for “brushing your teeth” at the end of the evening - food a bit okish - but service and wine ++ — 3 years ago
I will say that this is too young & should be cellared for the foreseeable future. It does show some wonderfully deep aromatics showing balsamic & floral notes. A wine you can sniff for hours. Elegant & finessed palate with hints of smoke & a mix of red & black fruit. The structure is obviously prominent in youth, but the balance between power and elegance is something to behold. I'm not sure if I should have opened at this stage, but I feel fortunate to have had this. — 10 years ago
