Nice crisp sauvignon blanc, with some peach and floral notes that really come out as it opens up — 11 years ago
Fruit middle and mineral finish. You can tell it’s a very good wine — 2 years ago
Solid Sancerre. Readily identifiable as a Loire SB. That says enough for me to like it. — 9 years ago
Mineral and elegant. Not ripe, super elegant

2017 pinote at will with nuanced notes of hazelnut, under wood that support the primary aromas of red, purple and pepper fruits. Tense finish, fine tannins. 2017 pinote à souhait avec des notes nuancées de noisette, sous bois qui viennent soutenir les arômes primaires de fruits rouge, violette et poivre. Finale tendue, tanins fins. — 5 years ago
Pinot Noir, Old Vines .. Raised in Oak Fut. A rather classic wine. Close to a Burgundy. Alloys of primary aromas such as fresh red fruit, wonderfully combined with woody notes of Fut de Chêne, and some mineral notes. Well balanced, very well done. With a slightly longer finish, we would have a masterpiece. — 6 years ago
This bottle was pulled from the Domaine's cellar. It's benefited from perfect storage and basically having never been moved. The wine is in a perfect place. Still so fresh. Ripe blueberries, boysenberries, black raspberries, plum, sweet spice, black pepper, gentle herbs, dry stones and velvety leather. Beautiful juicy fruit, round & lush with an elegant finish that lasts over a minute. Big thanks to the Winemaker Didier for the bottle. — 10 years ago

My last bottle of the 2020, one of the riper versions I’ve had of this consistently excellent cuvée. Such deeply ripe gooseberry fruit that it crosses over into tropical. But there’s loads of freshness in the form of limestoney mineral scents. Ripe and deep on entry, but then the sneaky acids and the minerality clamps down, making the finish mouthwatering. Terrific accompaniment to our simple broiled haddock weeknight dinner. — 17 days ago
