Candied lemon curd, ripe apricot, subtle honeysuckle, and gentle floral sweetness. Everything feels integrated, not heavy.

Mouthfeel
Round, silky, and polished with lifted acidity that keeps the sweetness in check. No cloying edges, just harmony.

Food Pairings
Blue cheese, almond tart, lemon-based pastries, or simply on its own as a contemplative dessert wine.

Verdict
A true surprise. Refined, expressive, and beautifully mature, proof that well-made kosher dessert wines can age with grace. I seriously underestimated its finesse. Cheers!

This was Wieruszowski vineyard. Cabernet Sauvignon. It took a minute to open up but when it did there was plum, cherry and spices giving a full flavor. Delicious flavors and long finish. Well done. — 8 months ago

For CA Riesling, I like this the best so far.

Body reflects volcanic soil influence, acidity hides sugar though I keep hitting my glass like a hummingbird while wine is halbtroken. Best lightly chilled, Pear & lime notes. — 5 years ago
