This is the second time that I try this polish orange wine. In summary: I like it. The nose shows orange, orange peel, peach, along with a salty, umami thing that lingers in the background. The palate shows great acid drive, orange peel notes, salty notes all along, some tannic grip in the rear, before a finish that goes on for a while with some orange and salty caramel notes.
Riesling, Hibernal, Solaris and Gewürztraminer blend. — 2 months ago

New favourite. Somehow low in sugar but still tastes semi sweet, which is perfect since I'm on a very low carbohydrate diet now. I'll likely be buying another big bottle of this for the coming Thanksgiving weekend. Hopefully my mom, who only drinks very low alcohol, dessert type wines, will like this. — 9 years ago

Hibernal fluxus.. some extra oak and meant to age. Really good.. thick not entirely chocolately but rich fluffy and yeast driven. Honestly at least another year this could still taste deliciousMaking beer with a friend so popped this open — 8 years ago

Ah, this is goooood. Some cool tropical flavors in here, so far from the tropics! Pineapple, grapefruit, and blood orange. Salty and fun. Love that I’m drinking this under the cathedral that is on the label too. Great memory in the making here. — 10 years ago
