This wine is almost clear in the glass. The bubbles come up quickly and disappear soon, too. The nose is yeasty and earthy, with a big mineral aspect. The palate shows Meyer lemon, zest, and that yeasty note. — a month ago

Still drinking through Italy. This week's stop: Ligurian coast. A bit funky, a bit racy, a bit fruity. Whille cold, aromas of wild fennel, herbs, pine forests, sea brine, and olive groves--basically everything you find in the DOC. As the wine warms, dried apricot and citrus begin to emerge.
