Dark Ruby color with aromas of berry fruit with earthy spice tones. On the palate cherry and blackberry flavors with pepper spice, tobacco and cacao on fine dusty tannins. Medium+ finish, nice mouthfeel, ending with fruit and an oak mineral character. — 8 months ago

Long acids. Very good. Bought from a great little wine shop in Petworth in the South Downs here in the UK, just after having a fantastic lunch at a spot called E. Street Bar & Grill which is a terrible name for an absolutely exemplary little bistro with great seafood and wine. And with the perfect slightly surly but extremely accommodating and professional French maitre d. Anyway, if you happen to pass through check it out. — 3 years ago

For 19 CHF, this is ridiculously good. Obviously very young, but fantastically drinkable with cola and blackberry on the nose. More minerality on the palate, and some finely grained tannin, but fantastic acidity and density. Yum. — 4 years ago
