Great Ries from the Luxembourg section of the Mosel - all the grapes on the hills alongside this magnificent river seem to just be awesome ! — 13 years ago
A light, pleasant Pinot from the Luxembourg end of the Mosel river...love this stuff! — 13 years ago
Very light bodies wine wigh tropical fruits/citrus nose. Similar to a light Chardonnay, very easy to drink. For those who love light slightly fruit wine, balanced acidity. Great for a picnic — 5 years ago

Another great wine from the Domaine Moselle in Lux - full fruity flavor on the palette and a nice dry with a great finish note Pinot - really high quality stuff in Lux! — 12 years ago
Quince, honey, hay, some burnt rubber on the nose. Wonderfully bright acidity to support a full body where all the notes in the nose are translated into a delicious blend, with some pineapple thrown in there too. Long satisfying finish. Alsace style so on the dry side, but not bone dry. Great ageing potential, im sure. — 12 years ago

The great Bernard Boison Vadot bottlings in particular, which now all have some age, remind me of a hypothetical combination between Coche and Raveneau. Obviously in the best way. Coche flinty reduction with the waxy yellow fruit of Raveneau along with the textural magnificence, density and depth of both Domaines. 2016 is particularly impressive in that it’s a vintage I don’t care for in whites, but some of the most talented vignerons are having their wines integrate extremely well at this point in time, far less awkward and disjointed as many on release. 2016 BV Chevalières is rich, toasty and intensely flavored with extremely impressive depth, texture and simply just electric energy. Excellent. — 4 years ago
