London Thanksgiving with Cheryl. Love this burgundy. At the 45 Park Lane at CUT. Wolfgang Puck restaurant — 2 months ago
Just OK on day one. After 2 days on my Argon line. Cardamom, Allspice, forest notes, tannins integrated, black tea, orange rind and dark cherries. I prefer the Suchots from the same vintage. Over all i don’t think that Pascal Marchand did a good job in 2010. I am surprised that he did not better with Grand Cru fruit in a good vintage. May be picked too early? 13% . — 2 years ago
