Refreshingly dry zippy citrus balanced with body from the skin contact. Way too easy to drink. Just the way sparkling should be. Pairs tremendously well with cheese and salty crackers. — 6 years ago
Drank at socially distant sushi picnic with kathleen and Susanna. Juicy and mineral, light alcohol - would go with anything summery. All biodynamic! — 6 years ago

Barnyard and wet suede, and astringent high notes, on the nose. Sour tropical peels, pith, and unsweetened lime on the palate. Different, and difficult by itself. But sings once paired with salt, brine, and fat. — 7 years ago
