This is so good. A 40 gamay noir/60 cab franc blend with lots of style. Lovely red fruit, freshness all around with a *peck* of gravely soily whatever it is that makes these wines so fun. Leah Jørgensen is doing great things. — 5 years ago
Steve Peck- Classic Oakville Cabernet with undeniable appeal. I love the oak integration and the ripe... But not overripe, fruit character. #cabernetday — 9 years ago
Steve Peck- Bordeaux in a style I really appreciate... Ripe fruit, savory and elegant on the attack with a minerality on the finish. — 9 years ago
Pronounced “Es-peck-tuckle dell Mont-sunt.” Located in so-called armpit of Spain’s prestigious wine country principally because of its rustic quality. Deep Ruby with intense fruit aromas and sweet floral spice, aged 15 mos in French oak, from a warm dry vintage. On the palate flavors of blackberry, plum and raspberry with currants, sweet cacao, floral & pepper spice. Fine big tannins, well balanced with long finish finesse, ending with herb and spice, adding slight alcohol warmth. — 3 years ago
Mind-altering aroma of rich, cherry cotton candy that lightly massages your tongue with a parting soft peck of spice. — 7 years ago
Steve Peck- One of the truly finest Bordeaux style wines I've tasted. The tannins are aged and soft, while the fruit shows a wonderful freshness. Concentrated and ripe with no rough edges. — 9 years ago
Nose is aged Mosel Riesling. Some petrol. Hint of lemon peel. God’s Lemon perfume. Elegant. Light. Gorgeous. So fresh. Ethereal.
Palate hits you with dense meyer lemon soda. A kiss of acidity but a light kiss like a first date romantic lingering peck. Balanced. Delicious. Long. A kiss of honey from bees that pollenate lemon trees. Very clean. No botrytus. Coats the palate with aged Meyer lemon juice.
Wonderful. Very distinctive. Not a modern bomb of an auslese. A different ballgame. Totally different from the green apple-driven Mosel wines.

Offputting aroma slants the view of this delicious 16-year-old petite Sarah. It drank wonderfully -tannins rounded fruit still- there seamless. — 8 years ago
Steve Peck-A hint of raspberry shows through the framework of earthy minerality in this Premier Crus Burgundy and reminds me of why I enjoy Pinot Noir so much. — 9 years ago
