Violent blossoms, overt structural framing, petty floral density, proto-pasture pink-peppercorn palate pleasure - Pikes Peak of pinot puritanism. — 9 years ago

Sublime. Inaugural vintage of this cuvée & absolutely stunning. This could be current release, so dense & inky, intense soaring aromas of a veritable kitchen sink of sexy fruit: red & black, just gobs, so rich & ripe, almost stewed, cassis, licorice, white pepper, Chinese 5 spice, lavender honey syrup, meat, iodine, and just on and on. So generous on palate, impeccable balance & harmony, finely integrated tannins and extraordinary length on finish.
I used to sell this as part of TAPWC and squirreled away a few bottles. Tastes better every time I open one. — 5 years ago

Very good lager!!! For fisherman! — 10 years ago
As for as price point goes, tough to beat. Interesting combo of Tempranillo and Shiraz. Opened and by luck of the draw wired for a full day which may have something to do with my score coming in a little higher. Rich cigar box, and cedar. Juicy red fruit. Really just nice. — 10 years ago
Beautiful as always — 3 years ago

This is delicious. Good, old fashioned oak, buttery and rich, with a solid steel rod of acidity and stone fruit. Delicious!
