Delicious, yet odd taste.
Very tart. Short finish.
Hard to decipher.
Light bodied, but strong.
Sweeter as it opens up.
Still an odd tart taste. — 8 years ago

This wine pours a somewhat clear ruby red. It has a nice nose. The fruit is restrained. And after it’s been open for a little bit, the tannins really come through. This is an excellent wine that I got at Costco for $48. I would definitely re-buy it. It went well, although not a perfect match with the seafood linguine I had for my birthday at Mange Bene restaurant. #barolowine #italianwines #piedmontwines #nebbioli #costcowines — 2 months ago
10 years and still a tannic wall letting out a wiff of rose — 5 years ago
Older Barolos are so much better than their younger siblings. Unlike Bordeaux just a 3 7 year span can charm these wines. This wine has chocolate and coffee tones a bit of citrus and a very earthy overlay. Decanted for an hour and drank over 4 hrs. The last glass was like red velvet. The first glass wasn’t to shabby either — 9 years ago
Lovely Dolcetto, very drinkable now.
Vajra rarely disappoints. — 6 months ago
JR wine first taste 3/12/17. Bright red fruit and perfumy nose. Great balance of fruit and earthy notes and supple body on palate with nice medium finish. Yum. 6,666 bottles. Fossati, Collareto and Sant'Anna vineyards. — 9 years ago
