Dark red color. Slightly tart. Long finish. Tastes of dark berries, leather and dark chocolate. Thick, almost chewy. Might be better after a couple more years. — 10 years ago
At Pino hosted tasting with winery reps. Nose already has notes of mushroom on rotted wood but very balanced palate and medium body with long finish — 4 months ago
Simply one of the best white wines I've ever had, very dry but full flavor, fruit tangents, apricot, peach... — 2 years ago

This bottle was better than my last one. It was open some time to breathe. Nice Italian style Tuscan ending with a nice acidity. Flavorful wine with a leathery nose. — 8 years ago
Exceptional Chianti, very versatile with most pastas, beef, and pizza. — 11 years ago
A bottle we brought home from last Tuscany trip.. this stuff is delicious. Black cherry and tobacco on the nose. Taste of plum, blackberry tartness with a dry finish. Full bodied and tannic. Highly recommend all of torcianos wines. — 7 months ago
My favorite wine that I’ve ever had. — 7 years ago
Primarily Sangiovese with some Canaioli amongst other native grapes. Lots of acidity. Fresh cherry notes. (Lots Of Fruit). Hints of tobacco and herbs. Light bodied but really balanced. Yes it is young. Very food friendly. — 7 years ago
