The nose alone is worth the price of admission. A vibrant perfumed red fruited nose. My palate was treated to waves of cinnamon , cherries and earth. Wonderful balancing acid. The grapes are from a plot in Flagey - Echezeaux. Carbonic maceration and 7 months in tank. Great match with brisket in a mushroom sauce. Earthy, flavorful Pommard. So much earth, leather, soil, grass in this wine. Quite complex. I love it. — 2 years ago

Ruby red sweet caramel like aroma. Slight herb. Smoky earthy. Not similar with my previous experience in beane. Gentle tannin and acidity. Raspberry jam?
