Delicious, crisp fruit with a gerber baby food smell and vanilla pudding note, the best sparkling rose I’ve ever had — 4 years ago
Greenish lemon yellow. Chalk and mineral. Small bubbles. Slight sweet citrus. Creamy and finesse by Saten. Acidic. Green apple. Richness on my throat. Blanc de Blanc. Franciacorta Saten Azienda Agricola Ferghettina 20 @7073, Toscan, 250809-250813 — 4 months ago

Delicious, fruity, toasty, saline. — 4 years ago
fairly fine perlage, good complexity, slightly liqueur-like. A windy Sunday with my love @Stefano Fazzari — 5 months ago

Stonefruit aroma reminding me of nectarine and bing cherry with some delicate florals in the background. Tart and juicy body with hints of mandarin orange. Grapefruit drying finish. Pretty nice sparkling. — 4 years ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. The 2006 “Cuvée Annamaria Clementi” pours a deep straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is vinous, toasty, and leesy, with ripe tropical fruits, lemon curd, and marzipan. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long. This is super rich and creamy. Fabulous stuff. Drink now. Disgorged Autumn of 2015. — 12 minutes ago
