A standard that still brings excitement and drama. Medium gold color with plenty of small bubbles. The nose is wonderful with a ton of apples and baked bread. Nice floral accents to match the dried cherry and blackberry notes. Really, really nice.
Composed of the three traditional grapes and injected with a nice bit of reserve wines, this is just one of those bottles that’s always right on time. Powerful, muscular, masculine, and sleek. Lovely fruit on the tongue and an elegant mouthfeel. A classic for a reason. — 3 years ago
Color of bubbly light gold. Nose is a trio of roasted nuts, mineral, and ripe tropical fruits, like mangoes, and a bit oaky note. Nose is nice. Taste shows good long lasting acidity, citrusy, oak, a bit salty mineral. Quite light as the fruits notes are not pronounced. Aftertaste of good quality acidity and some more mineral. — 5 years ago
Sensational Champagne with pale gold color and deep autolytic flavors. Crisp ripe apple and lemon, chalky minerality, subtle raspberry, biscuit, brioche, Acacia, hawthorn, and hazelnut with an achingly long finish showing chalk, flint, honey and biscuit. A dazzling match with pan-seared scallops. — 3 months ago

Good enough for Covid Oscars...bright, limpid gold, round, creamy, soothing attack! Starts pushing out the ripe, red apple, dripping juicy pear.... really nice with the runny triple cream and the crumbly, salty, crystallized Pecorino. I think this wine deserves another point... maybe point and s half. Lucious glass of bubbles! Cheers! — 5 years ago
