2013 Vintage. Extremely dry and a high mineral taste throughout the palate with lemon zest. Buttery nose! Had this at Le Pressoir in Grand Case St. Martin perfect with Dover Sole and homemade sorbet. Mango, Apple, Pear/Red wine and Spearmint. Unbelievable! — 10 years ago
