Perfect, frech and pretty light — 4 years ago
This is an interesting expression of our fave Turkish grape. Much more ripe, with dark cherries instead of the usual raspberry/strawberry. Plus maple and chocolate notes, and I swear bacon on the finish at first, but that dissipated after an hour open. Altogether lovely, but as usual for the region, sadly much too expensive for what you get. — 8 years ago

One of my favorites, goes great with turkey. — 9 years ago

Enjoyed this one with an Armenian Lahmajun flatbread. Some raisin, blueberry, black cherry and something floral (hibiscus?) on the nose. Lighter body with a light tannic finish. Picking up some raspberry, cherry and green apple in the middle. Paired incredibly well with the lamb flatbread tonight. Really enjoyed this. — a year ago

16.5/20 (89/100) Пряное, тона чёрного перца и гвоздики в аромате и во вкусе задают характер вину. Не вполне типичное, слишком концентрированное и плотное для сорта, но приятное и гастрономичное. — 8 years ago
Sparkling Shiraz on Christmas Day to go with the Roast Turkey is a tradition in Australia. An interesting story from the back Label. Released only in small quantities and only in exceptional years. Seppelt first began producing Sparkling Shiraz in the 1890s thanks to Hans Irvine. Apparently there was intense debate between Seppelt winemakers as to where the best fruit was allocated - the Sparkling or the Still. Eight years on lees. These are made to be 30 year Wines. Berry and Herbs. Concentration and length with the bubbles. Made from Seppelts best old vines. Sensational! Long life ahead. — 9 years ago
I’m not a fan of white wines, but this one was so smooth, very easy to drink and most importantly it had an amazing floral flavour. — 6 months ago
Strong cherry aromas and flavors, very mild acid from the tart cherry and some mild but present tannins. Very food friendly. A blend of 4 grapes (Öküzgözü, Bogazkere, Alicante, Carignan) made in Turkey. — 4 years ago
Pretty good - light and good for a summer red. But not my usual red - lacks tannins or depth. — 5 years ago
There’s a berry flavor there but I couldn’t figure it out. Kinda jammy with a Spicy finish. — 6 years ago
The reason why I started looking into #turkiswine. lots of fruits and fine spicey. Stable in the nose. Blackberry, cherries, strawberriy and kardemom. Fresh light acidity for some jou. — 8 years ago

Very nice wine. Went well with the lamb kebabs with yogurt sauce. I've never heard of the grape before, but this is really good wine. — 9 years ago
