The most delicious bursting dusty cherries, balsamico, slight diesel but only after 36 hours, all structure for those initial inpatient sips. Nobel and giving only in its own terms. It’s the spiritual/actual offspring of the Biondi-Santi wines. — 3 hours ago
Has surprising depth with more details revealed with time. This is a great vintage for nuits-st george that shows finesse over the usual structured tannins. Lovely, and not impenetrable in the least at 3 years. — 8 months ago
Not ready but have high hopes. It’s a vintage with much of everything plummy/cherry extract, floral/mineral notions on nose, acid and tannin but will take a minute to knit together. Laying down these and some Berthaut-Gerbet. — 10 months ago
My last dram after a month open. Pretty awesome and complex. The sweetness arrived after a week, and now it’s this marmalade, toffee, fruit cake melange. Alcohol is present but in a warming winter spiced wine kind of way. — 9 months ago
