Mar 5th, 2023Electric. Never had a better glass of Frappato except when I had a second glass two hours later. Translucent, intense aroma of herbs, violets, cherry and earth. Light-medium bodied. Vibrant pure sour fruit on the palate with ripping acid. Tannins significant but not overwhelming. A lot of depth and long finish. Almost like a lean Brunello.
