Deep gold. Lots of lime pith, minerals, and bitter herbs on the nose. Bone dry and almost fruitlessly mineral, there's a nice bitter bite on the finish that plays nicely off the sweetness of the grilled shrimp we're having. But this would be a tough customer to have as an aperitif.

More weight then many Verdicchio, with a light gold hue, and a sweet white floral nose. The palate is dry, with juicy lemon, ripe golden pear, and a silky elegance that guides it with an accompanying acidity and salinity.
