100% Spanish Syrah. Bright ruby/violet color. Aromas of black fruit with an intense floral (violet) note as well as a bit of Spanish garrigue. Flavors of black berry/cherry/currants/plum fruit, (both fresh and dried) dark chocolate, woody herbs and noticeable black pepper spice. Distinct menthol, mineral and spicy oak notes on the long lasting and very earthy/smoky finish. Slightly chewy tannins and incredibly complex. Bright well balanced acidity.
