Dark red purple. Inviting nose and medium full palate of black cherry, baked plum, and charred blueberry. Dusty ashy tannins support from entry as does the medium acidity. Fleshes out substantially after just a short time in the glass, but the fruit stays dark adding some juicy red apple and with a hint of ash. Finish is moderately long and continues the palate. The Aria is Caiarossa's entry into the premium level more than the top of the entry, and needs premium level cuisine to shine. Steaks and up. Drink now through 2030.
