I've had many bottles of this. Lots of variation. Always has old very rustic old world qualities. This one smelled like a cigarette ashtray, in a good way! Not the best one I've had but good value for under $20 wholesale.

The bottle had a leaky cork, so this is not a fair assessment of the wine. The wine has so much promise, nice body, not too tannic, amazing finish, but, the bottle seems off. A tad too acidic.
