Cork survived and bottle was opened at 230 for a 6pm dinner. First pour at 430pm and this wine was showing nicely.

Overall a crowd pleaser and good balance of fruit and structure.

Wow! One of the best Cabs I've had. Reminds me a lot of a Pahlmeyer. This was amazing from the first smell and taste. Great bouquet and very smooth.
