Vintage 2010 | 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon | Beautiful Lalande de Pomerol, more strict classic than exuberance. Refinement though. Very good effort from vigneron Pascal Delbeck. | Paired with mousse from forest pigeon and risotto funghi with parmigiana.
