Pegau CdP is always so great, rich Grenache w/dense, ripe redfruits, this 2000 CdP is more fruit forward than the more structured 2001 Vieux Donjon, both wines are outstanding, these 2 wines really well illustrate the 2000 vs. 2001 CdP vintage differences!!

Apr 26th, 2026Lovely redfruits and garrigue aromas and flavors, medium-rich, some mature notes but the fruit is still quite primary, very long finish, excellent middle-aged CDP!!
