Perfect Passover wine- pop n pour, extracted enough for those in the crowd who require power in their wine. More on the black cherry & blackberry spectrum. Clean, svelte, uncomplicated but not simple either. Enough cut too, perhaps moreso than previous vintages. Plus the bottle is like a Cadillac (well, like a luxury car, you choose. Im not crazy about Cadillacs).

Waft of fruit on the nose immediately, raspberry and cassis. Soft but with a dense round mouthfeel. Young tannins, front of tongue and sides. You can taste the Syrah coming through. Could use another year or two easily but very nice now.
