Elegant as always, plums, herbs, thyme, charcuteries on the nose; high acids, tannins, and alcohol but well balanced.
Contains GSM grapes plus counoise and cinsault; don’t know the percentage but syrah notes dominate the nose.

Red and black fruit with pronounced sour cherry. Very soft oak here and not over the top with tannin. Maybe some savory spice, but really for me this is driven by that cherry note finishing with a black pepper note.
