The ultimate expression of young Chenin Blanc. Not much else to say. Beautiful nose of quince, springtime acacia flower, and a bit of baked apple. The acidity cuts through the palate but is perfectly balanced by the RS. Today, the juice is a thick golden treat. With age, this will transform into an exquisite and complex, honeyed potion.
