Pouilly-Fuissé Chardonnay

Nice wine, but for me the oak is overdone. Baked apple, toast, buttered popcorn, vanilla, cream soda and nice acid. Very well made, but for me a bit disjointed.

Surprisingly fresh and racy for its richness and complexity

Best Chardonnay I have had in my life. White Burgundy to the rescue.

Vita blommor och lime. Fin mineralitet och syra. Lång mjuk eftersmak.

Truly my kind of white. Oily, dry and with a character of its own. Equally suitable w/ & w/o food: Try it w/ monkfish! 2 years celebration, 15/3-2018

A wonderful Chardonnay. Light, fruity wine with a crisp finish.
