This wine is in balance! Everything plays together so well. It’s a nice 10 year old wine, also the aged notes integrated so well with the vibrant red fruit coming from the Grenache. A little bit of Mouvedre and Syrah give it nice complexity.

Time to try some 2016s. Decanted for an hour. Deep colour, delicious, has everything you expect from an excellent year, try again in 3-4 years, if you can wait. This will age nicely and improve. Solid wine and solid value.
