Pear cream, a big short.

Clean, elegant, creamy and precise. Perty.

Wow. Candied ginger, apricot. A hair quick in the finish, but a lively balanced wine that shows how interesting Chablis can be.

Chalky, mineral driven...perfect to share with the fam!

Note this is the LM Forets Chablis not the Montmain…purchased alongside the Fourchame Malandes a few months ago but not nearly as good - perfectly pleasant, pleasing lack of acidity on the back end but also unremarkable
