Chablis Chardonnay

Pale lemon color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach and lemon citrus with notes of white flowers and spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity, nice balance ending with citrus and flinty mineral character. Will age a bit.

This is my entrance into the world of Chablis. Don't know how it took me so long, but I've also never seen Top Gun 🤷‍♂️ This wine has a supple mouthfeel despite it's bright acidity on the back of my tongue. Flavors of lemon and peach, with plenty of minerality on the finish. Thanks to my friends who gave recommendations- this is the first one from your lists that I found locally. An enjoyable entry level wine from Fevre! Fresh and bright with good minerality and integrated citrus fruit. I wish this could be a daily drinker for me!!! Available from the Utah State Wine Store!

Delicious. Great with tuna pepper steak.
