Medium to dark violet. Lovely bouquet of floral and ripe berries. Didn't really notice much of smoke, earth, or stones. Needed about an hour of air to really perform. Very lively on the palate. Tannins are rounded and smooth. Drank over two hours. This is a very refined Merlot. Ready to drink now. 93.
