This is the G&R Collet Recolte Chablis - another moderate bodied Chablis - medium yellow color, peach nose, continues on the palate; no acidic finish. J doesn’t love, thinks it’s over oaked, maybe that’s her sensitivity to Chardonnay - I’m not getting but agree falls short of the Saint Come. Can NOT drink cold
