Super floral! Needs a few hours (a day really) to come around but after that it’s all lilacs and dried roses with strawberries, cherries, dead leaves, green peppercorns, and wet earth. Drinking like a dream at the moment but not sure how much time the 2011 has left in it. I would drink now or soon.

Dried roses and violets, orange rind, wild blackberry fruit. Seemed a bit over the hill on day 1, but magically fresher on day 2 😋
