Very nice acidity, has some lanolin and an a very nice, oily texture that I imagine would increase with age.

Consistent notes.

A bit of petroleum and magnolia on the nose. Tart, fresh, sharp. Apples, grapefruit, limestone. After sitting, starts to smell like grapefruit candy.

Goes with Italian sandwiches!
