2015. Fennel, orange peel, wild berry, cherry/raspberry, herbal, medium tannins, little tar, soy sauce and nice balancing acidity.

2015 vintage: solid fruit, balanced dryness, some spices. Together with a pizza Napoli - viva Italia!

We opened this Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva last night and tonight it has opened up nicely. A fine match to my Ribeye.

Simple, light bodied with medium tannins. Finished fast and round. Wondering if I should have decanted this for a little bit.

2015 vintage, drank 8/7/2021.
Very deep red colour. Dark berries on the nose. Slight tannins, soft berries, not extremely long on the palate.
