Pale yellow with pleasing aromas of citrus and tropical fruits, adding in spice and some biscuit notes. On the palate complex palate of flavors, fresh fruit, pineapple, lemon, grapefruit, peaches and Asian pears. Slight earthiness with a smooth and creamy well balanced finish ending with a gentle yeasty character. Very nice! Consistent quality! Will age well!

My style of Sauvignon Blanc. Nice tropical notes and freshness. I still think the 2022 vintage is slightly better than the 2023.

Grassy and vegetal notes on the nose, with hints of ear and green apple evening things out, with a medium, surprisingly syrupy body. The palate was rich, with a slight oaky characteristic, and floral palate but a very vegetal finish. Very interesting new world alternative to New Zealand Sav Blanca’s I feel.
