La Forcallà de Antonia Forcallat

Forcalla is similar to Pinot Noir but not as good. The nose is an amazing flowery bouquet. But the palette is thin and astringent. Neat to try a rare grape.

Lively nose. Light to medium bodied; little tart fruit at start, slight bitter on finish. 14% but you’d not expect it. Liked it! Not much of this grape grown.
