Pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruit with floral and yeasty notes, nice mousse and bubble flow. On the palate flavors of apple and pear with lime citrus zest, honeysuckle and smoky spice. Medium finish ending with fresh fruit, mineral and biscuit notes. Tried twice, very nice!

Delicious Spanish sparkling wine that is not Cava. The wine shop told me Raventos i Blanc withdrew from the Cava DO to initiate a new, terroir driven appellation, this family produced the first sparkling wine in Spain. I think the grapes were grown organically.
