Sangiovese blended with some Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Big aromas and flavors of dark cherry, plum and blueberry. Hints of black pepper, violets and allspice. Fruit was abundant. Tasted more like a New World wine. Tannins are relatively soft with light acidity. Dark ruby color.
