Reserva Bairrada Tinto Baga

Dinner party. Very busy cooking. No formal notes. Really nice. Fruit, crushed rock, acids, tannins. Worked incredibly well with pasta with a rich meat sauce.

Very dark purple color, this is SO youthful that I think even @Tom Casagrande would agree it might need another 5-10 years (from now) aging, big, rich, not an after-dinner sipping wine on a 90 degree day, shame on me!!

Rich, ripe, red fruits and black fruits, creamy palate impression from I’d guess used oak, shows some age, good balance, long, lingering finish, very nice!
