Winemaker's Gran Reserva Syrah

Nose of bacon smoke, black pepper and black cherries. Meaty notes, pepper spice and cherry flavors. Long and smokey finish. A bit tight out of the bottle. Revisited this one two months later. Revisited in July 2022. Still smokey. Not as tight as the prior bottle. Soft tannins. Revisited again in September 2026. Wine is tired and lifeless. May not have been stored properly.
