Sipping Fine Wine

Medium Ruby with aromas of berry fruits and floral notes. On the palate flavors of cherry, raspberry and red plum with pepper spice, burnt toast and herbs. Fine tannins, medium finish ending with raw fruit, spice and earthy character. Nice now!

Nicely concentrated Sicilian red, with muscular tannins backed by deep and dark fruit with somewhat sharp acidity. Reminds me of a young California Central Coast red blend. Nice pairing with red sauce pasta but probably better after four or five years of softening in the bottle. Had the 2023 vintage with Paccheri Lisci (spicy pork sausage sugo, fennel, sage, pecorino) from Jame Enoteca in El Segundo, CA.

Guys, for a wine by the glass and on a summers evening. It was a punch. Citrus, lively and fresh. Perfect to have in summer, on a picnic or as a starting drink with company. Beautiful
