Dark purple color. Aromas and flavors of ripe red and black cherries, cola, blueberries and sweet Asian spices. Just a bit of graphite on the medium-plus and slightly sour finish. Full bodied, bold and very fresh tasting. Quite fruit forward with persistent bubbles. Not overly complex but not sparkling grape juice either. Best with food.

On the palate fizzy, very dry, with a hint of tannins beneath. So delicious & a perfect for with good burgers.
